Welcome to Food By Fish. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all orders placed through foodbyfish.com and to meals picked up in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Ordering & Weekly Schedule
Our menu runs on a weekly cycle. Orders must be placed by our Thursday cutoff to be included in that week’s preparation. Meals are cooked fresh and made available for pickup the following Sunday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be prepared the following week.
Pricing & Payment
Meal prices are listed on each product page and are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected in person at the time of pickup — no online payment is required to place an order. We accept the payment methods available at pickup.
Clean Container Discount
Return your clean, empty Food By Fish containers when you pick up your next order to receive a $1 discount per meal, up to the number of containers returned. Containers must be rinsed and free of food residue.
Pickup
You are responsible for picking up your order on the scheduled pickup day. Please refrigerate your meals promptly. Meals not picked up may be donated or discarded and are not eligible for a refund.
Changes & Cancellations
You may change or cancel an order before the weekly cutoff by contacting us. Once meals have been prepared, orders can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make a change, please call (260) 417-2528 as early as possible.
Food Safety & Allergens
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, soy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free from allergen cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. Meals should be kept refrigerated and reheated to a safe internal temperature before eating.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
